SEAN SULLIVAN
Sean is the Inside Salesman at Paradigm Lumber in Black Hawk. He is originally from Brookings, SD where he grew up loving the outdoors and playing sports. He spends most of his free time at the golf course or spending time with his family. Sean previously worked for an exterior contractor in Rapid City for a few years before deciding to pursue a career in lumber distribution and sales. Sean's favorite thing about Paradigm is the family first atmosphere where he can have fun at work while serving the Black Hill’s area contractors and homeowners.

ANDREW WIENK
Andy and his wife recently relocated to the Black Hills area in May 2024 from Eastern SD after their youngest graduated from high school. Andy brings an abundance of knowledge in the construction and building trade as an Architectural Draftsman. He previously worked at Homestead Building Supplies in Brookings SD. He has an Associate’s degree from Lake Area Tech and a Bachelor’s degree from SDSU. Andy has been working in the drafting and design field for 16 yrs. Andy has been a wonderful addition to the Paradigm Family.

TOM ANDERSON
Tom brings his “Every day is a GREAT day” contagious attitude to the staff at Paradigm Lumber and hand delivers his kindness to his customers during his deliveries. The past several years he has spent his time operating a diversity of tractor/trailer combos, side dumps, end dumps, and straight trucks. He is fully endorsed to operate any commercial motor vehicle. Tom enjoys learning the ins and outs of the building material industry. His attention to detail and safety is apparent in his duties every day. Tom is proud of his excellent safety record and is extremely punctual. His knowledge of the equipment, machinery, USDOT rules and regulations make him an indispensable member of this Paradigm Family. While not spending time behind the wheel and making deliveries, he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and his new puppy.

BLAKE ROBINSON
Blake is a dedicated and detail-orientated CAD draftsman with one year of professional experience specializing in creating precise technical drawings and designs. He holds an Associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting/Design and possesses proficiency in industry-standard software. Blake takes pride in transforming ideas into clear and actionable blueprints that meet project specifications. With a strong foundation in drafting principles and a passion for design, he’s eager to continue growing and contributing to innovative engineering and architectural solutions.

THOMAS GRIFFEE
Tom was born and raised in Sturgis. Tom enjoys Boxing, being a youth mentor, fishing, and riding his Harley. Most of all he enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, 3 sons and their wives, and 2 grandsons complete his life. He has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years involved in everything from concrete to finish carpentry. He earned his Associate’s degree in architectural drafting and design, and is familiar with most phases of construction. He takes pride in being able to us his knowledge and skills to assist contractors in the Black hills area.

VINCENT MASON
Originally from the southwest, Vince has lived in the Black Hills area for the past 30 years. Vince has an extensive background in sales and management experience in arboriculture and construction industries. He has 4 children and enjoys spending time with them boating, camping, and having BBQ’s. Vince is a great asset to Paradigm Lumber and will be a great asset for your project as well.

Steve has over 25 years of construction and industrial sales experience. What he likes most about working at Paradigm is being part of a dedicated team with a great group of people. He’s excited to meet new customers and build long lasting relationships. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, pickleball, going to rodeos and hiking.
