DORAN HORSLEY
Doran Horsley serves as the General Manager of Paradigm Lumber and his experience makes him the perfect man for the job. Doran started his career in construction as a draftsman and estimator, eventually moving into a superintendent position. From there, Doran pursued a career in outside lumber sales and wholesaling lumber. Doran has taken the helm and is leading the way towards success by maintaining customer relations, while seeking new relationships, and continuing to serve our customers with pride! Doran spends his free time fishing, hunting, relaxing at the lake, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. SHAWN BOYER
Shawn started out in the construction industry at the age of 22, working for a general contractor that provided all aspects of the project from concrete to finish carpentry. In early 2000 Shawn decided to start his own framing company which he operated for the last 20+ years. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his kids, riding his Indian motorcycle, and anything related to hunting and fishing.

Paradigm Lumber would like to introduce you to Mike Uithoven. Mike has over 30 years of experience within the construction industry. Specializing in drafting, design, project management, estimating and takeoffs. Mike is instrumental to our team here at Paradigm Lumber as he has taken the lead on material takeoffs, plan design, and estimating. Dave Carlson started in the construction industry as superintendent in 2014. Taking care of several large apartment projects for almost 9 years consisting buildings as small as 8 units to upwards of 100 units. He transitioned into contractor sales with a passion for customer services and doing everything he can to making sure the projects are well supplied with all of your project needs. In his free time, he enjoys boating and weekends at the lake with family and friends.

Brad Spaans grew up in Beresford where he met his wife Rebecca. He is a father of 3 sons, which keeps him busy while he’s not at work. He is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in construction, architecture, design, sales, management and mortgage lending. With hands-on experience in the construction industry, he has developed a good understanding of building techniques, products, and processes. His experience in architecture and design allows him to blend functionality with aesthetics. Transitioning into the mortgage sector, Brad leveraged his industry knowledge to guide clients through financing options for their dream homes and investment properties. His well-rounded skill set and passion for the building industry makes him a great asset to the Paradigm team.
